The Freedom of Flight Museum Inc., is a dedicated group of flight enthusiasts focused on stimulating and fostering an interest in aviation and space flight in and around the surrounding four state area.

Over the years, our airport observation area has become a favorite spot for families and aviation enthusiasts. The Observation area offers magnificent views of many types of aircraft as they take off and land. An average of 59 flights per day operate from the Joplin Regional Airport.
